Location. I was late for my train, but the train station está muy cerca, casi pegado with the hotel. I ran 1 minute, and BAM! I was there. Ran up the stairs, and wouldn't you know... there was a line for Madrid; the train was running late ????. LIKES: The room had a bidet!! The two (2) chocolates next to my bed.

There was no soap in the shower, but there were two (2) bottles, so I used whatever was in bottle #2.

Good relaxing stay in the hotel. Very homey

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It felt homey and warm. The staff were really attentive as well and made sure our requests were done perfectly.

Their facilities like the spa were closed on Sundays, which we did not understand. Usually weekends are the times guests would like to relax. The location of the hotel was really far from the center also, so it's not ideal. The keys of the room always didn't work as well, so we always had to have it activated in the lobby.

Great city hotel with amenities for rainy days

Good fitness area for a hotel, this applies to the Spa area as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. We received an update for the room, which we did not ask for. The Café/restaurant area was nice as well. Excellent hotel parking. Great location close to beach and city.

The machines in the fitness area should get some maintenance ( oil on some parts and fixing some screws).

Lovely hotel with very good facilities, easy parking and within walking distance of the old town. Ideally located next to station. Breakfast plentiful and efficient, all be it in a basement function room

Very little, but the room carpet was rubbed and uncomfortable to walk on in just bare feet. Breakfast located in a basement room - these are niggles rather than complaints though

Perfect in every way!

Due to a rescheduling of our ferry (due to rough seas) we arrived here just before midnight. Reception was very responsive to my messages informing them of our late arrival, and we very warmly greeted. Our room was very large and very modern. Breakfast was excellent. All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and very professional. We would have liked to have stayed here longer, but our schedule did not allow it. We shall definitely stay here again in the future.

Conveniently located for the railway station, this hotel is clean, modern and efficient. The staff are fantastic, and any interaction with them was a breeze. A superb place to stay, should you ever happen to be in Gijon.

I couldn't find any fault with this fantastic hotel.

A 2 night stay in Gijon in a very modern, welleqipped hotel, with good parking.

This is a great spacious modern hotel with clean rooms providing tea and coffeee making fascilities. The staff were freindly, advising us where to visit in Gijon, both sites and places to eat and drink. Althoiugh we didn't use the gym, it is well equipped and well layed out. The under ground secure parking is excellent. It is via a downward spiral drive and through a garage door, with easy parking places. It may get full very quickly if busy.

Everything was excellent. Maybe a little way from the old town.

Very nice time was taken during my stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I liked almost everything and I can recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to couples. The most important advantage of this hotel is own parking that we used for our car.

If the hotel had been built in the better location, we would have been much happier. In fact, we were tired searching for the hotel, driving a long way in the center of the city. Nice hotel with nice facilities, but the location is near to the train station where plenty of homeless people are wandering

Apart from the reception staff , we would not return again.

The reception staff where absolutely lovely ! Wife went for a massage which was great also she said. The suite room was nice.

Waited for over half hour at the bar for a drink whilst a bar member just completely continued to do other things. When asked if we could get served he kept on saying yes as soon as colleague starts he can serve us. We ended up leaving ! Service was terrible. This stay was for my wife’s birthday trip and was ruined !
